Worst thing I ordered online

Day by day the strap quality in joints are getting worse in past I have ordered from epaal 3 times but this time it broken in first day only very bad last time when I ordered it it was broken in one week, i Gave complaint also but no response I will never order any thing from epaal now .

Strap is made of good quality material. But it is little hard in terms of wearing. I mean it is not soft as orginal strap provided by honor. Other than that all is good.
