Refund policy

We do full or partial refund of the orders once the returns request is approved. Please refer Epaal's Returns Policies for understanding returns policy.


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@epaal.in If your return is accepted, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package Or you may be asked to keep them ready for pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We do offer exchange for an item once an return request is approved. You can opt for an refund or exchange during the returns process.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Partial COD
  1. "Partial COD" is introduced to reduce the number of rejected returns from buyers. This enables us to continue offering "COD" option to our buyers.
  2. The prepaid part of the Partial COD orders are refundable only under following conditions:
  • Cancellation request is raised before items are fulfilled / shipped.
  • The courier fails to deliver the consignment to buyer
